"Transforming Lives through the Power of the Gospel!" - based upon Romans 1:16

During our New Year's Eve Watch Service, Pastor Carter preached a powerful message entitled "The Need of the Hour" from 2nd Timothy 3:1-5. He asked, "What does the church really need right now?" The answer? "What we need most is for God to pour out His Spirit on this church, and upon us as His people. What we need is to see God’s power released in our churches and in our lives."

So how do we experience this power? God’s power comes through the ministry of the Holy Spirit. What we need is a fresh work of the Spirit in our hearts and in our churches.

On Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at 7:00 p.m., we will begin a new 20 week seminar on the Holy Spirit. This is a one of a kind opportunity to get to know who (not what) the Holy Spirit is, and how He can transform our lives through the power of God. Lessons will include "The Personality of the Holy Spirit"; "The Regenerating Work of the Holy Spirit"; "Praying, Returning Thanks & Worshipping in the Holy Spirit"; and much more.

Special Church Business Meeting - There will be a special church business meeting on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. We will be discussing the future of the church ministry and our ongoing capital campaign.
